I grew up in the Stubai Valley in Tyrol and was always out in the mountains as a child. This naturally included hiking, climbing, skiing and touring.
Being in nature has always been a big part of my life.
I am also very interested in botany and know a few herbs.
I have now completed my training as a survival trainer with Reini Rossmann in Austria and have now really intensively dealt with the subject of survival.
This means I am now able to pass on my knowledge to interested people and hold courses.

About me
Born and raised on 06.02.1968 in St. Anton am Arlberg
Even as children we were out in nature and in the forests. For me the forest is and always has been pure relaxation. So I trained in forest bathing at the LFI in Bregenz. There is nothing nicer than spending hours in the forest and I would like to experience that with you to help you slow down. Thanks to my training as a herbalist, I can explain the plants in the forest and bring them closer to you. Learn to sharpen your senses and experience nature with me.
